Please review and ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount and ask that you re-submit your order.

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days of receiving your item, you can request a return or refund. We will assess your request and determine whether a return or refund is most suitable.

Order Process

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 1-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).  You'll receive a notification once your order ships, and you can expect it to arrive within the timeframe mentioned in our estimated delivery times table (see above).

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

We understand that mistakes happen! If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address after your order has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@myvelveto.com. The sooner you let us know, the better chance we have of contacting the carrier and attempting an address correction. 

 

Unfortunately, once a package is in transit, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.  In some cases, the carrier may charge a fee for rerouting the package.  We will do our best to work with you and the carrier to get your order to the correct address.
